This week on Hellobee I’m sharing a review of three child safe knives we’ve been testing out since the beginning of the year. The experience also inspired me to write a little about including toddlers in meal prep, since letting Zane participate more in the kitchen has proven to be even more enjoyable and helpful than I anticipated.

At the end of the article I include a recipe for a super simple green smoothie. Involving Zane in the smoothie-making process works well since the shape and size of the pieces doesn’t matter much and it gives him an awareness of what’s in this drinkable snack.
